LineMind Novelist provides editorial diagnostics to help fiction authors improve clarity, rhythm, pacing, and reader impact. These tools are advisory in nature—you remain the author of record and are solely responsible for the final manuscript and any publication decisions.

Acceptable Use

• Upload only lawful, original, or properly licensed material.
• Use LineMind Novelist solely for legitimate editorial and creative purposes.
• Do not redistribute, copy, or reverse-engineer diagnostic logic, prompts, or systems.
• Review all feedback critically—outputs may include interpretive or factual errors.

Accounts and Access (Pro Tier)

When paid tiers are available, you may create an account to access premium features such as additional diagnostics, save history, or cross-diagnostic insights.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
• Subscription access is contingent on timely payment and adherence to these Terms.

Billing and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
• Refunds are handled per the posted refund policy in effect at time of purchase.
• Pricing or plan features may change with reasonable prior notice.

Ownership and Rights

You retain all rights to your uploaded text and to any revisions you make based on LineMind feedback. LineMind Novelist claims no ownership of your original material or derived works.

Intellectual Property

All diagnostic tools, prompt logic, interfaces, and branded names (e.g., “Clarity Engine,” “Cold Beta Reader”) are proprietary to LineMind Novelist. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any portion of the system without written permission.

Privacy

Your text is processed securely and is not used to train external models. Limited, temporary retention may occur for system integrity, abuse detection, or debugging. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitations and Disclaimers

LineMind Novelist provides recommendations “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LineMind Novelist and its operators are not liable for decisions or outcomes based on any diagnostic output or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform or users from abuse, misuse, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time; termination does not affect ownership of your original content.

Updates

These Terms may be revised to reflect feature or policy changes. Updates will be posted with a version and date notation on this page.
